Ingredients:
- 275ml ETCH Sparkling HNY
- 1/2 a Cinnamon stick
- 1 Star anise
- 1 Orange (juice & a strip of peel)
- 1/4 tsp Raw Honey
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan & simmer for 10 minutes
