Try this refreshing non-alcoholic Green Tea cocktail made with Seedlip Garden 108.
Ingredients:
- Seedlip Garden 108: 50ml
- Iced Green Tea: 100ml
- Rhubarb Syrup*: 10ml
*Rhubarb Syrup
- 1 x large bunch of Rhubarb
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 500ml hot water
- 500ml caster sugar
Slice Rhubarb & add to a pan of hot water
Lightly muddle & leave for 30 minutes
Strain & add caster sugar
Glass & Garnish:
- Rocks
- Garnish w/ Rhubarb Shard
