With the addition of ice and a splash of tonic water, this mocktail transforms into a refreshing and invigorating beverage, perfect for any occasion. Garnished with a sprig of dill, it’s not just a drink – it’s a captivating experience for your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 37,5ml Ginologist Spice
  • 1 Slice Fennel Bulb
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • Top Tonic Water

Method:

  1. Add Fennel & Lemon, muddle. Add Gin & Ice, top with tonic water. Lift with spoon and garnish with Dill.
