Capitano is an Italian restaurant serving Pizza and Pasta in Carlton from the Bar Liberty Team. The pizza is amazing and the non-alcoholic options are none too shabby. Darren’s approach to non-alcoholic drinks is innovative, good fun & most of all delicious.
Ingredients:
- 50ml ALTD Silver Princess non-alcoholic spirit
- 20ml leatherwood honey water* (Leatherwood honey water is 2:1 honey to water, stirred to combine)
- 30ml fresh lime
- Soda
Method:
- Build in a shaker, add ice, shake 5 times and strain over cubed ice in a collins glass.
- Top with soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
