”The best non-alcoholic spirit!”

– Martin Nilsson, MJs, Malmö

Delve into the intriguing world of low-alcohol libations with the Sazerak, boasting around 1% alcohol content. This exquisite concoction features 5 cl of the aromatic Gnista Floral Wormwood, infusing the drink with subtle botanical notes. A barspoon of sugar adds a touch of sweetness, while another half barspoon of absinthe imparts a hint of anise and complexity. Elevating the ensemble are 2 dashes of bitters, such as Peychauds bitters, to balance the flavors. Stirred ice-cold with ice and served in a frozen glass, the Sazerak is a masterful blend that marries the rich character of Gnista Floral Wormwood with the nuanced interplay of ingredients. Garnished with twists of orange and lemon, this low-alcohol marvel offers a refined and sophisticated drinking experience.

Ingredients:

  • (Around 1% alcohol)
  • 5 cl Gnista Floral Wormwood
  • 1 barspoon sugar
  • 1/2 barspoon Absinthe
  • 2 dashes Bitters (for example Peychauds bitters)

Method:

  1. Stir ice cold with ice, serve in a frozen glass
  2. Garnish: Orange and Lemon Twist
