Ice Block Mould

 Ingredients:

  • 130ml Soda Press Co Raspberry & Mint Soda Mixer
  • 170ml Parts Still Water
  • Lime Juice
  • Raspberries
  • Mint Leaves

METHOD:

  1. Combine soda syrup, water and lime together.
  2. Pour liquid into moulds and place raspberries and mint as you fill to ensure even distribution.
  3. Freeze for several hours and serve.

TIP: Experiment with your favourite fruits and botanicals – anything goes!
