Method:
*White Miso Caramel – Combine 10g of Fine White Miso Paste & 50g Plum flesh (no stones) with 250ml Caramel. Gently heat on a hob to infuse. Chill. Strain. Bottle. Keep Cold. Use within a couple of days.
