 Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
  • ½ Part (15mL/ ½ Fl Oz) lime juice
  • ½ Part (15mL/ ½ Fl Oz) sugar syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 Part (30mL/ Fl Oz) Lyre’s Classico

GARNISH

  • Mint leaf
  • Libations!

METHOD:

  1. Shake all ingredients except Lyre’s Classico with ice.
  2. Fine strain into glass.
  3. Add Lyre’s Classico slowly.
