Cocktail coupette

 Ingredients:

  • 60mL Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
  • 10mL premium raspberry syrup
  • 30mL lemon juice
  • 10mL egg whites
  • 5mL white sugar syrup (1:1)
  • 4 fresh raspberries

GARNISH:

3 raspberries

METHOD:

  1. Dry shake,
  2. fill shake with ice,
  3. shake hard briefly,
  4. fine strain
