IDEAL GLASS

Large or stemless wine glass

 Ingredients:

  • 30mL Lyre’s Orange Sec
  • 30mL Lyre’s Apéritif Dry
  • 90mL premium bottled mediterranean tonic water
  • 1 thin cucumber slice
  • 2 lemon slices

Garnish

Plump mint spring

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients in glass
  2. Stir
  3. Fill with fresh cubed ice.
