Making green tea soda is a simple and fun way to create a tasty and refreshing mocktail. Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups soda water

Instructions:

  1. Steep the green tea bags in the boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and add the sugar, stirring until it is fully dissolved.
  3. Allow the green tea mixture to cool to room temperature.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the green tea mixture, lemon juice, and soda water.
  5. Stir well and serve over ice.

This green tea soda mocktail is a great alternative to sugary sodas and is a healthy way to enjoy a sweet and refreshing drink.   2. Green Tea Soda*: 85ml

Glass & Garnish:

  1. Chilled Champagne Flute
  2. Garnish w/ Eucalyptus Sprig

Method:

  1. Build
  2. Best served cold.

*Green Tea Soda – Steep 15gram of Lalani Kytoto Oolong in 500ml cold water, allow to infuse for 4 hours. Strain. Add 120ml Agave Syrup. Carbonate. Keep very cold.
