This Golden Espresso recipe is a great example of this. It’s complex, luxurious & decadent….and, of course, is totally non-alcoholic (or alcohol-free as we prefer to say).
If you’re not a Sydney local, it’s pretty straightforward to make for yourself at home, as follows:
Ingredients
- 60mL ALTD Golden Emperor
- 3 Cherries (or if out of season, a couple of fresh figs go amazing as well)
- 30mL Espresso
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
- Muddle Cherries, add all ingredients & Ice
- Shake & Double strain
- Glass: Coupette (or a basic Martini style)
- Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans
