Ingredients:

  1. Seedlip Garden 108: 50ml
  2. Cucumber & Mint Verjus*: 25ml
  3. Sugar Syrup: 1 Tsp
  4. Soda: Top

 

Glass & Garnish:

  1. Highball full of ice
  2. Garnish w/ Sprig of Thyme

Method:

  1. Build

    *Add 10-12 mint leaves & 100g Sliced cucumber to 375ml of Verjus and leave overnight. Strain & store in fridge.
