Ingredients:

  1. Seedlip Spice 94: 50ml
  2. Æcorn Aromatic: 35ml
  3. Cherry Cordial*: 10ml
  4. Damson Vinegar**: 5 Drops

 

 

Glass & Garnish:

  1. Cocktail Glass

Method:

  1. Garnish w/ Preserved Damson

    *Cherry Cordial – Syrup from high quality Marasca jarred Cherries is perfect.

    **Damson Vinegar – Spike clean Damson fruit multiple times. For every 50grams of fruit submerge with 100ml of high quality Red Wine Vinegar. Keep covered and fruit under liquid. Infuse at room temp for 24 hours. Strain, Bottle & Refridgerate.
