For the popsicles, a combination of 125ml of Soda Press Co Blueberry & Lime Soda Syrup and 250ml of SodaStream Sparkling Water forms the base. This mixture provides the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and effervescence that sets the stage for a delightful frozen treat.
To enhance the visual appeal and taste, 150g of fresh blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint are added to the popsicle molds, creating a vibrant and flavorful medley.
For the Margarita element, 30ml of non-alcoholic tequila is paired with 15ml of Soda Press Co Blueberry & Lime Syrup, which imparts a burst of zesty blueberry and lime goodness. The juice of one lime provides a tangy twist that elevates the Margarita’s character.

Ingredients:
For the popsicles
- 125ml Soda Press Co Blueberry & Lime Soda Syrup
- 250ml SodaStream Sparkling Water
- 150g Blueberries
- Mint
For the margarita
- 30ml Non-alcoholic Tequila
- 15ml Soda Press Co Blueberry & Lime Syrup
- Juice of 1 Lime
METHOD:
- Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- When popsicles are frozen, make the margaritas – Add non-alcoholic tequila, Soda Press Co Blueberry & Lime Soda Syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously and strain over a glass filled with fresh ice. Remove popsicles from moulds.
- Then, simply place one popsicle into each margarita glass and serve.
