Recipe courtesy of Banks Botanicals

Indulge in the Bees Knees, a creation courtesy of Banks Botanicals that elevates your drinking experience with a perfect blend of ingredients. Begin with 60ml of Banks, Australia’s premier non-alcoholic spirit, as the foundation for this delightful concoction. Paired with 40ml of honey syrup, a harmonious combination of 2/3 parts honey and 1 part warm water, meticulously mixed to break down the honey and achieve a delightful dilution. To balance the sweetness, add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, approximately half a lemon, imparting a zesty and refreshing twist to this bespoke creation.

Serve your Bees Knees in a classic Martini Glass, raising the aesthetic appeal of this crafted cocktail. As a final touch, garnish your drink with a cinnamon stick, adding a subtle hint of warmth and complexity to the overall flavor profile. The Bees Knees is more than just a drink; it’s a testament to the artistry of Banks Botanicals, providing a sophisticated and non-alcoholic alternative that captivates the senses in every sip.
