About a Girl | The Mocktail Mix

Recipe courtesy of John Ross Virgin

Treat yourself to a delightful mocktail experience with “About a Girl” by John Ross Virgin. Begin by pouring 50ml of JR The Mary into a glass generously filled with ice, setting the stage for a refreshing creation. Elevate the visual and flavor profile by adding vibrant pomegranate seeds that burst with juicy goodness, and scatter fresh mint leaves for a fragrant and invigorating twist. To infuse a hint of hibiscus magic, gently pour 200ml of Barker and Quin Hibiscus tonic water, imparting a delightful floral note to the mix. Finally, garnish your glass with a small, tangy slice of lime, providing the perfect finishing touch to this enticing concoction.

**At The Mocktail Mix HQ we could not source hibiscus tonic from our local store. Instead we added hibiscus tea leaves to tonic to get the same beautiful floral and slight sweetness in this drink.

Ingredients:

  • Pour 50m1 JR The Mary into glass filled with lots of ice
  • Add pomegranate seeds
  • Add fresh mint leaves
  • Add 200m1 Barker and Quin Hibiscus tonic
  • Add small lime slice onto glass
