Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs Lemongrass & Ginger looseleaf Tea
  • 150ml boiling water
  • 150g of ETCH Sparkling HNY

Method:

  1. Steep tea in boiling water for 3-5 minutes
  2. Strain tea & allow to cool
  3. Pour cooled tea into a glass over ice
  4. Top glass with ETCH then garnish & Enjoy
