Base: 10 cl Gnista Floral Wormwood & 1 kg frozen strawberries
Blend with pectinase, filter. Then add 100 g sugar​Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl base, described above
  • 0,5 cl Chardonnay vinegar
  • 1 cl honey

Method:

  1. 10 cl Gnista Floral Wormwood & 1 kg frozen strawberries
  2. Blend with pectinase, filter. Then add 100 g sugar
  3. Stir ice cold
  4. Garnish: Dill umbel and black pepper
