Its use in mocktails has made it a popular choice for those who are looking for a healthier alternative to sugary drinks, as well as for those who don’t consume alcohol.

Try this refreshing non-alcoholic Green Tea cocktail made with Seedlip Garden 108.

Ingredients:

  1. Seedlip Garden 108: 50ml
  2. Iced Green Tea: 100ml
  3. Rhubarb Syrup*: 10ml

*Rhubarb Syrup

  • 1 x large bunch of Rhubarb
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 500ml hot water
  • 500ml caster sugar

Slice Rhubarb & add to a pan of hot water

Lightly muddle & leave for 30 minutes

Strain & add caster sugar

 

Glass & Garnish:

  1. Rocks
  2. Garnish w/ Rhubarb Shard
