IDEAL GLASS:
Goblet, ballon or colada
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
- ½ Part (15mL/ ½ Fl Oz) lime juice
- 3 Parts (90mL/ 3 Fl Oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
- ¼ Part (7.5mL/ ¼ Fl Oz) premium coconut syrup
- ½ fresh passionfruit pulp
GARNISH:
- Mint sprig, passionfruit shell
- Libations!
METHOD:
- Dry Shake
- Fill shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into glass
- Fill with ice
