While the classic recipe is incredibly simple, consider elevating this beloved beach bar favorite by adding the bright and tropical notes of fresh passionfruit and a zesty squeeze of lime. These additions take the Pina Colada to the next level, making it an ideal choice for sharing with friends and singing along to the iconic tune: “If you like Pina Coladas, getting caught in the rain…” – it’s impossible not to join in the fun!

IDEAL GLASS:

Goblet, ballon or colada

 Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
  • ½ Part (15mL/ ½ Fl Oz) lime juice
  • 3 Parts (90mL/ 3 Fl Oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • ¼ Part (7.5mL/ ¼ Fl Oz) premium coconut syrup
  • ½ fresh passionfruit pulp

GARNISH:

  • Mint sprig, passionfruit shell
  • Libations!

METHOD:

  1. Dry Shake
  2. Fill shaker with ice
  3. Shake hard
  4. Strain into glass
  5. Fill with ice
