Lyre’s Mojito | The Mocktail Mix

Recipe courtesy of lyres.com.au

Mojito mocktails, a non-alcoholic twist on the classic Cuban cocktail, offer a refreshing and invigorating experience that’s perfect for a wide range of occasions. What sets these mocktails apart is their ability to capture the essence of the traditional Mojito – a harmonious blend of fresh mint, zesty lime, and sweet sugar – all while excluding the alcohol. This makes them an ideal choice for those seeking a vibrant and flavourful beverage without the intoxicating effects. Whether you’re lounging by the pool on a scorching summer day, enjoying a sunny picnic with mates, or simply looking to unwind with a cooling drink after a long day’s work, Mojito mocktails are the perfect choice to infuse a dose of tropical flair into your moments of relaxation and celebration.

While Ernest Hemingway was penning Old Man and the Sea in one corner of La Bodeguita Bar in Havana, a fellow visionary was creating the Mojito on the other side. Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, muddled mint and hints of sugar cane, a true mojito should be stirred using the bill of a giant marlin and enjoyed with a Montecristo rolled by Blackbeard himself.
