Highball mocktails and two-ingredient simple cocktails offer a world of flavor and refreshment in the most convenient and delightful ways. These libations showcase the beauty of simplicity, demonstrating that you don’t need a lengthy list of ingredients to craft a delicious and satisfying drink. Whether you’re seeking the satisfying complexity of a mocktail or the elegant ease of a two-ingredient cocktail, both options share the same virtues: they’re quick to prepare, use readily available ingredients, and never compromise on taste.

The Lyre’s iteration on the Cuba Libre remains simple in logic, yet complex in flavour. Just combine the two time-honoured ingredients for a whistle-wetting that restores even after the longest days. Enjoy the warmth of single-malt, tangy lime, and that crisp texture sure to invite you back for more.

Lime Wedge (optional)

  1. Build all ingredients in glass.
  2. Fill with cubed ice.
  3. Stir.
