Simple Thyme Syrup

Enjoy this syrup with the Nectarine Thyme Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 3 sprigs of Thyme
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Method:

  1. Combine sugar, water, and thyme in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, and then simmer until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Taste occasionally to ensure sufficient flavor emulsion.
  4. Let cool, and store in a cool place.
